Profimetrics needs to recruit a System Administrator who will be responsible for:

Develop and Implement provisioning processes;

Define and implement monitoring processes for SaaS infrastructure;

Troubleshoot connectivity issues in SaaS/OnPrem;

Define the best practices and reusable services to use across the organization;

Position/Project Specific Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (or similar);

2Good English language Skills (Listening, speaking, reading and writing);

Soft Skills: Dynamic, Pro-active and Responsible.

Tech Skills:

Google Cloud skills: cloud administration and monitoring (Mandatory) – 2+ years experience;

Oracle Cloud skills: cloud administration and monitoring (Preferential);

Linux system administration with networking knowledge in setup and troubleshooting (Mandatory) – 3+ years experience;

Knowledge in Scripting languages (shell, python,..) (Mandatory) – 3+ years experience;

Experience with CI Software (GitLab/GitHub/GitHub Actions) (Preferential);

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle management Tools (JIRA) (Preferential);

Experience with Monitoring Platforms (Grafana/Prometheus/Zabbix) (Preferential);

Experience with automation software (Ansible/Jenkins) (Preferential);

Basic Experience with SQL (Preferential).

Helps troubleshoot issues;

Works in strict collaboration with the other’s QA’s to align and optimize standards and processes across the company;

Prepares technical documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent (mandatory);

ISTQB Certification (valued);

Minimum of 3 years on web applications automation (mandatory);

Knowledge of test automation frameworks such Selenium, Cypress or Playwright;

Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as: Javascript, Python, Ruby, Java, etc;

Experience in Git and Git workflows

Practical knowledge of CI/CD;

Experience with one or more test management tool (X-Ray, Zephyr, TestRail,etc);

Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies;

Technical knowledge in PL / SQL, scripting and programming language;

Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory factor);

Spanish (valued).
